Openhouse 2013
The
MCRG
Open House aims
to introduce our activities and encourage a good
relation with companies, organizations or research
institute from outside. Every year, we also invite
keynote speakers to give some speech about the topic
of interest in that year.

This year's theme:
The Future Landscape of Smart Wireless
Network Systems
Theme outline:
The demand for wireless communication
systems is expected to increase further with the
continuous development and dissemination of
wireless devices. However, along with this
explosive growth, the exhaustion of the
frequency spectrum is inevitable. Considering
the fact that we are nearing the theoretical
capacity limit with current spectrally efficient
technologies, a new approach is required to
further maximize the limited spectrum resource.
At the same time, wireless systems and devices
that provide a comfortable user experience is
increasingly become a major factor in
determining its success.
In this years MCRG Open House, we will focus on
next generation technologies such as
heterogeneous networks, and cognitive radio
which may be the key to realizing more
efficient, reliable and user-oriented wireless
systems and meeting future demands.
